The Tulsa Historical Society has eight rotating exhibit galleries featuring stories from Tulsa’s past. The museum collects, preserves, and exhibits artifacts and archives from YOUR Tulsa history. Visit often as all exhibits are temporary and change regularly.

Regular Museum Hours:

Tuesday through Saturday: 10AM – 4PM
Closed Sundays, Mondays, and Holidays

Members FREE
Adults $5
Seniors $3
Children & Students FREE

Inclement Weather Policy
If Tulsa Public Schools are closed due to weather, the museum will be closed.

We are located in the historic Travis Mansion at 2445 S. Peoria Ave,  just south of the Tulsa Garden Center and Woodward Park. Museum entrance and parking lot are on the northeast side of the building. View Map Here.

Weapons of any kind are prohibited.

Only service animals are permitted inside the museum.


THSM offers ADA access to the museum and gardens.
Free wheelchairs are available at the front admission desk upon request, first served basis.
Parking for guests with disabilities is located across from the main museum entrance on the northeast side of the building.
