Description: Harvey Shell loves history and has lots of stories from his youth in the Tulsa area. Harvey was born in 1923 at St. John and still lives in the home his parents moved into when he was four years old on 4320 W. 43rd Street. Here he tells stories of some infamous Tulsans. He helped build the model of the USS Tulsa which is now housed in the Tulsa Historical Museum. He worked on a spy ship, has written and published four books, has many hobbies, and loves to tell historical stories.
