Description: Larry Shaeffer tells about the town of Keystone moving to accommodate the Keystone Dam. He saw Leon McCulliffe leaving the Cimarron Ballroom and mother gave him a steel guitar. As a teen he liked the Ventures, the Beach Boys, and the Beatles. The "School Bus Boys" started a band in high school and played until the boys got drafted into the military. Later, Larry started Little Wing Productions and became a manager of bands. He tells about the growth of the business and how he became a promotor . KAKC and KELI played the music by his bands. He booked Merle Haggard at the Municipal Theater and Peter Frampton at the Fairgrounds race track. For $60,000 he bought the Cains' Ballroom. Today Larry produces at the Brady Theater and in Eureka Arkansas. His Bob Wills' memmorabilia is in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.
