Description: Arthur Reeds was born in Tuttle while his parents waited for the Land Run. HIs dad rode a horse and his mother drove the wagon. He was raised on a farm but they moved to Norman so he could attend the new University of Oklahoma. He played football and track and belonged to the Deep Dark Mystery Club. His first job was in geology, then he became a teacher and coach. Later he worked for Gypsy Oil in OKC and Cosden Petroleum. He build houses from 1927-1944 in Oklahoma City and Tulsa.
