Description: Libby grew up in Red Fork. She recalls Crystal City Pavilion and spending a quarter when she rode the bus to Tulsa. She was a Home Economist and describes her jobs at PSO and Proctor and Gamble. She reveals vivid memories of businesses, theaters, and restaurants. Her first marriage home was in Holiday Hills which was built at the former Commercial Airport. The County Poor Farm was replaced by Lafortune Park. People dressed up to go downtown and segregation at businesses was present in the 1950s.
