Description: Joel Don Million tells about growing up in West Tulsa and deciding to go into the military after graduation from Webster High School in 1959 due to being classified as IA so not many jobs were available to him. After 18 months in Germany, he came back to Tulsa and soon got a job on the railroad. He worked for the railroad for 39 years and is now retired. He worked on the Rt 66 Village.
