Description: Roxanne Snider is the "Keeper of the History" for Owen Park Neighborhood. Sue Price originally collected and retained the records. There are 453 original homes built between 1920-1930. Most are Bungalow Craftsman style. Chauncey Owen first owned the land and leased it to J. C. Gomez who planted peach trees. It became the center of city celebrations and has several historical markers.
