David Randolph Milsten has played a central role in the intellectual development of Tulsa. A practicing attorney for over sixty-five years, he is also a published poet, author and historian. His leadership in establishing Gilcrease Museum and the City-County Library System has provided a cultural foundation unique to Tulsa.
