Charles & Lynn Schusterman were inducted into the Tulsa Hall of Fame in 2000

Charles and Lynn Schusterman personify commitment to sharing good fortune in the face of personal obstacles. Charles founded Samson Investment Company in 1971. About a dozen years later, he was diagnosed with leukemia. Lynn Schusterman demonstrated great courage and enduring faith as his primary caregiver. Both continued their dedication to enhancing the quality of life in Tulsa and throughout the world through their family foundation. Lynn Schusterman was Chair of Charles and Lynn Schusterman Family Philanthropies from Charles’ death in 2000 to 2018, when her daughter Stacy Schusterman took over as Chair.
