R.H. (Hank) Harbaugh, Jr.

R.H. (Hank) Harbaugh, Jr. is a co-trustee of The Oxley Foundation. Hank grew up in Enid, received a B.A. from Oklahoma State University and a J.D. from the University of Oklahoma. He served in the U.S. Army before coming to Tulsa in 1971, where he began practicing law with the firm now known as Conner & Winters, P.C.

Through mentors in the law firm, he worked on several projects for the John T. Oxley family over the years. Following Oxley’s death in 1996, Mr. Harbaugh was appointed as a co-trustee of The Oxley Foundation, a private foundation established by John T. and Mary K. Oxley in 1985.

Mr. Harbaugh and his wife, Nancy Nolley Harbaugh, have been married for 37 years and have two sons and four grandchildren
